General Ticketing Terms

By purchasing a ticket for Dance Fit Throwback, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• You can now conveniently present your e-ticket on your phone for entry.
• No outside food or drinks are allowed inside the venue. Bites and drinks are available at the venue.
• Late arrival may result in non-admittance until a suitable break in the event.
• All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase an admission ticket.
• Ticket transfers can only be made through the event organizers.
• Tickets cannot be resold for commercial gain. If we have reason to believe that tickets have been re-sold, they will be invalidated, and the holder will be refused admission.
• Attendees may be filmed, photographed or sound recorded for broadcast or publication whilst at the Event by the Organizer and our trusted sponsors and partners.
• The Organizer reserves the right to refuse admission or to eject any person appearing to be intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, showing signs of influenza, including a high temperature or a persistent cough, otherwise behaving dangerously or inappropriately, or for any other behaviour likely to cause damage, injury, nuisance and annoyance or for failure to comply with the reasonable request of the Organizer.
• Neither the Organizer nor the venue operator will be responsible for any loss, damage, death or injury.

Additional Event Policies

1. Compliance with Laws: All attendees must adhere to the laws of Sri Lanka and respect the code of conduct of the venue as well as fellow attendees.
2. Prohibited Items: Carrying illegal substances or weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited. Possession of such items will lead to immediate removal from the premises.
3. Security Checks: The organizer reserves the right to conduct security checks at the entrance or during the event to ensure safety.
4. Liability Waiver: Attending the event, including taking part in the DanceFit session, is at your own risk. Please move at a pace that suits you. The organizers will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur during the event.
5. Behavior Expectations: Respectful conduct is expected towards fellow attendees, performers, and staff. Any harassment, misconduct, or disruptive behavior will result in removal without a refund.
6. Event Changes: The organizers reserve the right to adjust the event schedule, lineup, or venue if necessary.
7. Ticket Policy: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded unless the event is rescheduled or cancelled by the organizers.
8. Refund Responsibility: OneTicket.lk will not be responsible for processing any refunds under any circumstances. Refunds (if applicable) will be managed solely by the organizers.
